Wbet Terms & Conditions – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Betting Platform

Wbet is an online betting platform operated by a licensed and accredited company. The platform offers a wide range of betting services including Live Casino, Sports Betting (football, cricket, badminton and more), slots, poker, baccarat and blackjack to adult players in Malaysia.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the wbet platform, including website visitors, registered members, and anyone using any service offered by wbet. This document should also be read in conjunction with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy wbet.

• The wbet platform is accessible via web browser with no app download required.
• All wbet services are available in both Bahasa Melayu and English for the convenience of Malaysian players.

To register and use the wbet platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are a Malaysian citizen or resident, or are located in a jurisdiction where online betting is permitted under local law.
• You are not currently on the self-exclusion list of any betting platform or national exclusion programme.

• You have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.

Wbet reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required verification documents may result in account suspension or closure, and funds may be held until verification is complete.

Each user is permitted to have only ONE (1) wbet account. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wbet account username and password.

• A wbet account is for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or rented to any other party.

• Deposits made by third parties — including family members — will not be accepted and will be refunded after deduction of any applicable processing fees.

• Wbet does not charge any processing fees on deposits; however, payment service providers may impose their own charges.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawals to Malaysian e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) are processed within 15–30 minutes for fully verified accounts.
• Withdrawals to bank accounts via DuitNow or FPX are processed within 30–60 minutes on normal business days.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method as your deposit, subject to certain conditions.

• Withdrawals totalling RM10,000 or more in a single day may be subject to additional verification, which can take up to 48 hours.

All bonuses and promotions offered by wbet are subject to wagering requirements and the specific rules stated in each promotional offer. The general terms applicable to all wbet bonuses are as follows:

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new wbet user. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts will result in all such accounts being terminated.
• The standard wagering requirement for wbet bonuses ranges from 10x to 35x, depending on the bonus type. Exact requirements are stated on each promotion's page.
• Bets placed on certain games may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — towards bonus wagering requirements.
• Unused bonuses that are not activated within the specified period (typically 7–30 days) will expire and be automatically forfeited.

• Withdrawing deposited funds before meeting the wagering requirements will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and any associated winnings.

All betting activity on the wbet platform — whether Sports Betting on the Malaysia Super League, EPL, cricket, or casino games such as blackjack, baccarat, and poker — is subject to the following general rules:

• All bets confirmed and accepted by the wbet system are final and cannot be cancelled, except under circumstances specifically provided for in the relevant game rules.
• Wbet reserves the right to void any bet accepted due to a technical error, incorrectly published odds, or inaccurate data.
• In such cases, the full stake amount will be refunded to the player's account with no deductions.
• For Sports Betting, if an event is cancelled, postponed by more than 24 hours, or materially altered, wbet reserves the right to void the relevant bet.
• Players are not permitted to use automation software, bots, or any other technical means to place bets automatically on the wbet platform.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and are subject to change without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute regarding game results, the wbet system's decision is final and binding on all parties.

Wbet players are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating or using multiple wbet accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent betting limits.
• Providing false information, a false identity or fraudulent documents during registration or the verification process.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the wbet platform.
• Using third-party software, automated bots, or computer-assisted systems to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to cheat in poker or other live games.
• Exploiting technical bugs or system errors on the wbet platform for unauthorised gain.
• Selling, transferring or lending your wbet account to any other party.
• Accessing the wbet platform from regions or countries restricted by the relevant authorities.
• Any action intended to damage the reputation, operations or security systems of wbet.

• Wbet collects personal data solely for the purposes of account registration, financial transaction processing, and legal compliance.
• Your personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Suspension or closure requests initiated by the player for self-control reasons.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

When an account is closed at the player's request or for responsible gambling reasons, any valid remaining balance will be refunded upon completion of verification. However, bonuses and winnings that have not met the wagering requirements will not be paid out.
